About the project
Breath Work is an interface and musical instrument created for Exercises in Breathing I. It treats breathing as an expressive performance gesture, creating a direct relationship between the performer’s body and the audiovisual result.
The project investigates how an everyday bodily rhythm can become a real-time musical control and how a new instrument can make an otherwise subtle action perceptible to an audience.
